Vietnam Mission Report
Day 01 | 12th February 2019
We have arrived at the International Airport Tan Son Nhat, Vietnam. Our arrival is warmly welcomed by the Trusted Delegates from Vietnam. We are given a bouquet of flowers as a symbol of friendship affection for 2 different nationalities of Malaysia and Vietnam. (Hopefully the bonds of this friendship will continue forever, if the God Willing)
Day 02 | 13th February 2019
We are welcomed by Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT). Dr Duong Nhu Hung (Dean) has also giving a brief description of the history and the background of the university. The university has pointed out that the Vietnamese nation has now stepped in to implement the use of the blockchain technology. He also expressed his desire to make sure their students will be be comparable and in line with the government’s awareness of the FINTECH industry.
Thank you dear advisors involved, from UiTM, Melaka that also played a great role for this collaboration. Many thanks to Dr Irzan Bin Ismail and Mr. Mohamad Idham Bin Md Razak. Both of you have successfully linked the two-way relationship between Malaysia and Vietnam. We really hope that with this collaboration will be able to provide more benefits to all involved. Kudos to the team and the advisors! Another achievement UNLOCK!
Thank you to those who attended; Ms Suzana Jahaya (Trusted Delegate — VP of GFA from Singapore), Mr Le Kim Tuyen, Mr Victor Nguyen and the team (From Vietnam) and not to forget the backbone team of BCMY/ DDK/ Blockspace (From Malaysia). The closing ceremony was enlivened with the tour from the management of HCMUT to the campus area. Such a blessed!
As a result, the management team of BCMY/ DDK have taken a positive step towards enhancing the use of the blockchain technology. We will create our ‘BLOCKCHAIN MODULE’ collaborated by the universities /colleges across Southeast Asia.
Additional note: Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT) was established in 1957 and has been recognized as a centre of excellence among technological universities in Vietnam. Prior to the country re-unification in 1975, the university was the ONLY institution to produce engineers in the Southern Vietnam. Up to the present day, HCMUT still remains as the largest, the most prestigious and the oldest engineering university in the South of Vietnam.
Day 03 | 14th February 2019
Before departing to Malaysia, our management team (BCMY/DDK) had a meeting with the Trusted Delegates from Vietnam and Singapore. The purpose of the meeting was to ensure that the Trusted Delegates understand further more of the potential for DDK platform. Some discussion related to the main-net and the final phase of the DDK platform before DDKOIN goes up to the global exchanger. We have also made sure the Trusted Delegates understands the mission of DDK platform. Re-scan the mission/vision back from the day we have started; February 2016.
Last but not least,
